Traffic Tickets and Moving Violations

The firm provides legal services to individuals in traffic ticket matters including all moving violations, but excluding DWI, DUI defense.

In addition to most of the City of Houston Municipal Courts and the Justice of the Peace Courts in Harris County, Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, Waller County, Liberty County, Chambers County, Galveston County and Brazoria County, we can provide traffic ticket defense in most of Houston area towns and cities.

Information for Traffic Tickets

If you have a traffic ticket in which the attorney's fees are being paid by a legal plan, please do the following:

1. Fax this package, along with a copy of your ticket to (832)533-9831. You may also e-mail it to jeannefugate7121@gmail.com, if you desire.
2. The forms must include your case and/or membership number for the legal plan.
3. I must receive this information at least 3 days before the initial appearance date 
on the ticket.
4. Once received, I will forward a letter of representation to the court listed and you probably will not have to appear in court on the appearance date.
5. A new pre-trial date is usually assigned once the letter of representation is received by the court. 
6. Please contact me at (281)859-9200, once you have sent the forms, to confirm receipt.
I DO NOT HANDLE BENCH OR JURY TRIALS UNDER ANY LEGAL PLAN.

For regular ticket representation paid by the client, please follow the same instructions, with the exception of step 2 above.
